#11 - R.I.P. Neil Sedaka (3.13.1939-2.27.2026) Such a gifted singer, songwriter and pianist. Worked w/ him quite a bit, remember the Illinois State Fair in particular. Sang a Sedaka Medley in my show for years. #6 - Jan., 30 - "Mom At The Movies; The Films of Eileen Heckart, hosted by her son, Luke Yankee" @ the Historic (appropriate) Camelot Theatre. Before the screening of "Heller in Pink Tights" Luke Yankee treated the audience to touching, amusing and colorful "back stories" about his mother, Eileen Heckart.
