- REPORT that “Shorebird” is a prime steak ^ seafood restaurant. Has a coastal eatery vibe w/ classic American cuisine. Fresh seafood, sushi bar upstairs and steakhouse influences. Two bars.

- DISCUSSION of the ambiance, entertainment, bar, menu, and Happy Hour from 3 to 6 PM 7 days a week; Brunch on Fri., Sat., and Sun. Open @ 3 PM the rest of the week.
