2. With all those Golden Arches under your watch, what leadership lesson has surprised you the most over all these years? (“Don’t ever be afraid to fail”)
3. How do you deal w/ the necessary increases in prices for your products? (My (Dick’s) bias is ALWAYS toward VALUE. i.e. their 89-cent coffee.)
