1. What are the legal implications for a “hacker”? (If you can find out who the hacker is, you can sue them for a lot of money. It IS a federal crime against any “protected computer”. Computer Fraud and Abuse

Act. The FBI has the facilities to handle this. “Double protect” all your computer services.)

2. What is your recourse if you are sitting in your car in a parking lot, someone hits your car and denies he did so? (Take photos of the cars, the license number, and the man. Technically it’s a “hit and run”. Hope you have insurance coverage for this.)

- FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.

1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. Chapter 13 has a payment plan.

2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.

- REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700-credit score in a year if you do what he says.
