1. Diagnose 2. Treat. 3. Prescribe. 4. Referrals as needed (Xrays, home health care, etc), 5. Do blood tests right there, deliver them to the lab and get you the results. 6. Check-ups.

- DEFINITION of an Adult Nurse Practitioner; a nurse who went back to school and has a Master’s Degree and MAKES HOUSE CALLS.

1. Talk about Neuropathy and to drink or not to drink cold water? (Neuropathy causes numbness in feet and hands, mostly from Diabetes, but cold water really has no effect, always best to drink tepid water.)

2. What about spinal stenosis, should I have surgery? (Actually a hardening of the spine, sort of arthritis in your spine. MUST confer w/ your doctor about surgery.  Spinal stenosis is bad for your “saddle” function in you lower back.)

3. Comment on Breast Cancer awareness month? (Yes, and remember, both men and women can get breast cancer.  Do regular self-exams, etc.,  Educate yourself about bio-identical hormones and their effect on all cancers if you wish w/ Patricia)

4. Is COVID still around? (Yes, but has been for decades.  Just like the flu etc., If you choose, get a vaccination)
