2. Can you sue someone for posting the wrong information about you on Social Media? (You CANNOT sue the media provider, but YOU CAN SUE the person who posted it. Several grounds on which to sue; slander is oral and libel is written. Must cause REAL DOCUMENTED DAMAGES.)
- FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
- REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700-credit score in a year if you do what he says.
