1. What happens to all your digital information when you die? (Some things GO ON, i.e. Facebook until eventually someone TAKES THEM DOWN.)
2. How come I can’t get a deceased person’s name off my utility bill? (LOL, when you die and the bill EVENTUALLY does NOT get paid, someone will catch on.)
3.What can I do about all the SPAM emails and calls I get? (You DO NOT have to do business w/ spam callers, even the ‘DO NOT CALL’ list does not work. Do NOT pick up a number you don’t recognize.)
- FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
- REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700-credit score in a year if you do what he says.
