1. What happens to all your online activities when you die, your email, bank acts, social media etc.? (Some things GO ON AND ON, i.e. Facebook until eventually someone TAKES THEM DOWN. Funeral homes notify Social Security.)

2. How often should I change my will as my property values increase? (Unless your property value is OVER $15 million, you don’t need to make a change in your will and estate plan)

3.What is the legal definition of AN AMERICAN? (Depends on WHERE YOU WERE BORN. i.e.SCOTUS ruled on Dred Scott Decision.)

- FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.

1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. Chapter 13 has a payment plan.

2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.

- REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700-credit score in a year if you do what he says.
