1. Can Nick Reiner plead insanity for killing his parents? (Insanity is so difficult to prove. The definition is very strict and revert to a 1843 McNaughton rule which is the legal standard for insanity. Premeditation is also tricky. It can occur in an instant. Discussion of whether or not the death penalty will/can be applied in California.)
- FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
- REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700-credit score in a year if you do what he says.
