1. What is this insurance I need to sign up BEFORE I AM 80? (Long term care. Protection as you age, if you can not care for yourself at a certain point in time. Medicare only pays a part so you need a subsidy of up to $200/day. After 80 you no longer qualify for this program. Once you lock in, the premium DOES NOT go up. Frees up a care-giver for time for themselves. Go for folks w/ higher incomes.)

- REPORT that everyone’s rates will go up. Dennis can “shop” this for you and/or you can raise your deductible.

- REPORT that some companies are coming back to CA. but they insist that you get a higher deductible or get a water shut-off valve (that you can control from your cell phone in an water emergency in your home.)

- REPORT that your car insurance rate going down is dependent on your mileage.
