- REPORT that manufactured homes are getting their insurance cancelled RIGHT NOW.  ASCEND has the entire market of the 5 different carriers that insure Manufactured Homes. Ascend has a better price plan right now.

- QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”

1.What are two or three things people can do to CUT THEIR PREMIUMS without cutting their coverage? (Check your mileage verification. You can get discounts if you check your yearly mileage.  To your benefit to check. Call your company and tell them you want to participate in that program.)

- DISCUSSION that most claims in the CV are for WATER damage.  NOT FLOOD, but water leakage etc.,

- REPORT that everyone’s rates will go up.  Dennis can “shop” this for you and/or you can raise your deductible.

- REPORT that some companies are coming back to CA. but they insist that you get a higher deductible or get a water shut-off valve (that you can control from your cell phone in a water emergency in your home.)
