- DEFINITION OF “ESCROW”. JTE Escrow is an independent escrow company. Escrow is a neutral party, she facilitates real estate transactions. Prepare closing funds, works w/ lenders, buyers and sellers. Doesn’t work FOR any particular party.
- DISCUSSION that she is there to protect the buyers’ money and the seller’s property. JTE Escrow is vetted. The money is in escrow until all the requirements are met. Then the seller get the money.
