1. What can I do about all the SPAMS? (NEVER open it to unsubscribe, that gives them all your info. If it is a legitimate entity just unsubscribe it. Otherwise you just have to “wait it out”)
2. How can I get rid of the sexual Spams. ( Make a SEPARATE profile for your children and grandchildren to use on your computer. Don’t let anyone surf on your computer.)
- REPORT that you should read the emails you will see that it’s a scam BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. DO NOT reply “unsubscribe” as it give them ALL YOUR INFORMATION.
- Report that if you open the email you may enable the sender to access your information, etc.
- REPORT that WALKING IN to the store is great and they’ll take a good look @ things for you.
- DISCUSSION that you can bring things in, if you can, or he will work w/ you over the phone and he will also come to you.
- REMINDER not to let anyone IN TO YOUR COMPUTER if you don’t know them.
- RECOMMENDATIONS that they will do a diagnostic exam of your computer FIRST. On a case-by-case basis.
- REPORT that over time computers make their own updates and changes.
