- TIPS/SERVICES FOR WATERING IN THE SPRING

1. Check your irrigation systems for leaks, breaks or water spraying in the wrong direction. Make sure you are watering plants, not pavement.

2. Water in early morning and late afternoon to reduce evaporation.

3. Use mulch around plants.

4. Water the roots of plants.

5. Choose native plants and do NOT overwater.

6. Group “like” plants together for better watering.

7. Set your mower blade higher to stop burning.
