- REPORT that they are open from 9 AM to 7 PM weekdays and Sundays 12 Noon to 5 PM

- DISCUSSION of the changes that tech has brought to our young people.

- QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”

1. How often do I need to RESTART MY COMUTER? (Individual situation.  Depends on how fast your computer is or isn’t running. Programs load in the background and when you restart it the computer will run better. If this doesn’t help perhaps you need an upgraded computer.)

2. How does Daniel “take over my computer” from his office to work on it WITH ME and fix things? (Daniel sends you a link to a program and you type in appropriate things and he can then see the same screen you see and you can work together on YOUR computer screen.)

- REPORT that you should read the emails you will see that it’s a scam BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. DO NOT reply “unsubscribe” as it give them ALL YOUR INFORMATION.

- Report that if you open the email you may enable the sender to access your information, etc.

- REPORT that WALKING IN to the store is great and they’ll take a good look @ things for you.

- DISCUSSION that you can bring things in, if you can, or he will work w/ you over the phone and he will also come to you.

- REMINDER not to let anyone IN TO YOUR COMPUTER if you don’t know them.

- RECOMMENDATIONS that they will do a diagnostic exam of your computer FIRST.  On a case-by-case basis.

- REPORT that over time computers make their own updates and changes.
