1. Is road rage a punishable offense/crime? (NO, but things you do BECAUSE OR DURING road rage CAN BE CRIMINAL. Road rage itself is actually FREE SPEECH.)
2. Is a handwritten (holographic) will legal? (Yes, in CA. it is. Must have testamentary evidence, in your handwriting, with beneficiaries defined and it must be signed. DOES NOT need to be witnessed. Video wills are NOT LEGAL, easily manipulated. There are no taxes on gifts left to one in a will)
- FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
- REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700-credit score in a year if you do what he says.
