1. How/Why are cameras allowed in a courtroom? (Depends on the judge in each case. Can be different in each state as well. In CA. most judges DO NOT like cameras in their courtrooms.)
- DISCUSSION of “ring/porch cameras”
2. Who/where is allowed to carry a gun? (Different laws in each state. In CA. laws are different for a “concealed weapon” and an “open carry”. Also varies FROM COUNTY TO COUNTY in CA. When flying must be in the baggage compartment, unladed and locked.)
- FOCUS OF ROBERT’S PRACTICE.
1. Personal bankruptcy. There are lots of chapters in personal bankruptcies. Either Chapter 7 where you get all your debts discharged as long as you get rid of all the secured items. Mortgages also. You CANNOT discharge student loans, judgements against you from a DUI, or a tort, or your last 3 years of income taxes. Or Chapter #13 where if you make more than the median income in CA ($70,000/yr for a single person) you MUST do a 13. Chapter 13 has a payment plan.
2. BK will be on your FICA for 10 years.
- REPORT that when you file a Chapter 7 Robert can get you a 700-credit score in a year if you do what he says.
