- REPORT that they are open from 9 AM to 7 PM weekdays and Sundays 12 Noon to 5 PM

- DISCUSSION of the changes that tech has brought to our young people.

- QUESTIONS FROM “JOEY PALS”

1. What will technology be like when AI is in every home? (The same slight/gradual changes that happened w/ computers, phones, ipads, etc. If they are used as a tool the benefits will be fabulous)

2. How often do I need to clear the trash on my computer. (Really no need. Just keep 10% free on your hard drive. Even once every couple of years.)

- REPORT that you should read the emails you will see that it’s a scam BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. DO NOT reply “unsubscribe” as it give them ALL YOUR INFORMATION.

- Report that if you open the email you may enable the sender to access your information, etc.

3. How often should you have a phone checked? (Wait until something ISN’T WORKING)

- REPORT that WALKING IN to the store is great and they’ll take a good look @ things for you.

- DISCUSSION that you can bring things in, if you can, or he will work w/ you over the phone and he will also come to you.

- REMINDER not to let anyone IN TO YOUR COMPUTER if you don’t know them.

- RECOMMENDATIONS that they will do a diagnostic exam of your computer FIRST. On a case-by-case basis.

- REPORT that over time computers make their own updates and changes.
